1.What Problems shall be Considered for the Design and Installation of Outdoors Screens?
Major problems for outdoors screen are shown as below:
(1) The display screens installed outdoors will experience the weathering and dusts in abominable conditions. The electric device drenched or seriously moistened may stuck in short circuit or even fire, which result in failure or even fire and losses;
(2) The display screen may suffer from lightning strike and cause shocks of heavy current and strong magnet;
(3) Due to the sharp changes to the ambient temperature, display screen will produce some heat upon operation, so if the ambient temperature is too high and the heat dissipation is not sound, the
integrated circuit will not work properly and even be bent and make the display system not work properly;
(4) The outdoors display screen shall satisfy the special requirements of wide weight-carrying area, far visual distance and expansive vision; considerable changes of environmental lights, especially direct sunshine:
(1) The screen body, the joints among the screen body and building shall be done with waterproof treatment; the screen body shall be equipped with sound water drainage device so as to drain the seeper;
(2) The display screens buildings shall be mounted with the lightning protection. The main body and shell of display screens shall keep well grounded, with the grounding resistance below 3 ohms, so as to discharge the heavy current caused by lightning;
(3) To install the ventilation system to reduce temperature of equipment to keep the temperature inside the screen body between -10 "f- 40 "f. The axial flow fans shall be mounted on the upper back of screen body to exhaust heat;
(4) To select the integrated circuit chips at industrial level with the operating temperature between -40 "f- 80 "f, to prevent the over-low temperature in winters from disabling the normal startup of display screen;
(5) In order to ensure the visible far distance when the ambient light is intensive, the super-bright LED (lighting-emitting diode) is selected; the contrast is increased.
(6) For the display medium, just select the late-model wide-viewing tubes with wide views, pure colors and harmonious coordination and the service life over 100,000 hours. The exterior packaging of display medium is the quadrate muff with shielding eave, the most popular style at present, sealed with silica gel and free from metallized assembly; With the dainty, durable and good-looking appearance, it has five features of sunshine resistance, dust prevention, water resistance, hi-temperature resistance and short circuit protection.
